The Everyman Palace Theatre is available for rent on a nightly basis.
A favourite of artists and audiences for its intimacy and atmosphere, the Everyman Palace Theatre offers a beautiful, Victorian, 628 seat auditorium with downstairs stalls, four boxes and balcony. Backstage facilities include 3 dressing rooms with shower, and a green room with tea making facilities.
We hire to groups and individuals for a variety of events ranging from school's gala performances to concerts to television and radio broadcasts. Montforts, CADA, Donna's Dance Studio and CruX Youth Dance are among a number of local performance schools who regularly rent the theatre, while producers such as Rag Lane Entertainment, Aiken Promotions, Lobby Promotions and MCD have also chosen the theatre for a host of concerts. Local charity organisations Cork Simon Community and Marymount Hospice have hosted events in the theatre, while entertainment shows Tubridy Tonight and The Ray D'Arcy Show have also selected the services and unique environs of the theatre.
The Everyman Palace Theatre has a professional staff dedicated to ensuring that all your production requirements are met and that your event is a success.
The following are incorporated in the rental of the theatre:
- Full box office and ticketing facilities
- Front of House Management and Ushering staff
- Full bar on the evening of the performance
- A minimum of two technical staff for the duration of the hire
- Usage of all technical equipment as listed in the Technical Specifications of the theatre
- All lighting and heating as normally used on the premises
- Access to the theatre from 9.00am on the day of rental
- Listing in the What’s On section of the Everyman Palace Theatre website
- Inclusion in weekly listings to all national, regional, local press and web, tv and radio listings
- Poster and flyer display in the theatre foyer
- Poster and flyer circulation and advertising in local press can be organized a contra on your behalf
