THE PALACE LATE NIGHT CLUB
Late night clubs at the Everyman Palace are very much alive and kicking. However, they will be undergoing a transformation.
Mike D’Arcy and his Kickback team are saying a fond farewell to Friday nights. After many years of fun and frolics Kickback style, they are hanging up the inflatables and tidying away their desk for the final time on the 9th of July.
Team Everyman is on the case though. Conscious of your requirements for a late night on a Friday and Saturday where the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, where the music is good (very good), where you can get to the bar and the loo, where the door staff treat you like human beings, and where grown ups can be grown ups, we are getting ready to present ‘The Palace Late Night Club’.
We are a unique late night experience where you can just let your hair down, forget about your woes and get your grove on till the early hours.
From the 16th of July, Friday and Saturday nights will be what you’ve always dreamed of - FUN, FRIENDLY and FIENDISHLY RELAXED. We do the hard work so you don’t have to!
So see you all on Friday the 16th of July at the Palace from 11.30pm - you don’t want to miss it!

Using graphics, lighting and dressings the M.V.M team transform this Victorian Theatre into a late night club that offers people a memorable and entirely distinct entertainment experience.
In the main bar DJ’s Papa Cass and Rabbit play an eclectic mix of music. All genres are covered with hits from ‘Dolly Parton’ to ‘Guns ‘n’ Roses’ and from ‘Ike and Tina’ to ‘Kings of Leon’. Clubbers are given a truly unique mix to help get their groove on!
Then there is the ‘Game Zone’ offering punters a chance to relive their childhood with such classics as Twister, Snakes and Ladders, Connect 4 and Guess Who! For those who want a bit more competition there are the good old classics Chess and Draughts, and we also offer PES 09 on the Playstation!
Or if you want something a bit more serious then check out the new ‘Poker Room’, situated in the main auditorium. This room offers clubbers the chance to experience the big time and take on their friends or indeed enemies in a game of Poker. All for fun of course! Everything from the cards to the green clothed table is provided!
Or if you just want to relax with that someone special then M.V.M is the place for you. Chill out on one of the sofas and sip the night away with cocktails, Prossecco or the new and trendy ‘Cock and Bull’!
So, whatever you want from a night out, M.V.M certainly has it. There is a cover charge of €10 at the door or you can sometimes get your hands on complimentary and concession passes from the bars and restaurants on McCurtain Street and surrounding areas.
